About InsulFloor

InsulFloor is a lightweight, easy to handle, pre-laminated insulated flooring sheet ideally suited to raised floors, outdoor decks and multi-storey builds.

The InsulFloor system consists of sandwich panels comprised of 8mm fire-rated eco boards laminated to both sides of 34mm high density, closed cell insulation board and aluminium H-sections which support the panels. The panels come in a size of 2100mmx600mmx50mm and are very light (17kg/m2) and easy to handle.

The InsulFloor components are highly moisture resistant as well as vermin- and rot-proof. The insulation has excellent thermal qualities resulting in the InsulFloor system having a R value of R-2.0. Insulfloor also has a solid, comfortable feel and eliminates the "bounce" that occurs in many other sheet flooring substrates.
